Print – FAQs

What is the quality like?

All prints are professionally-printed Giclée prints, using archival-quality print and paper. This method of printing produces beautiful results – as close to the original artwork as possible.

How are prints packaged?

All prints will be packaged in a sturdy, appropriately sized postal tube. From experience this provides the best protection.

What are the postal costs?

Prints will be posted using an “International signed-for” service. The cost of this service varies from country to country.

You will receive a tracking number when your item is dispatched, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

We try hard to keep the cost of postage is kept to a minimum – no one likes surprises!

Can I use different shipping?

Yes. Some customers require specific postage and packing. Please get in contact to discuss.

How quickly will my prints arrive?

Prints will normally be dispatched within 3–7 working days.

Once dispatched, deliverly will depend on your country’s postal service. Please allow 5–7 days after your dispatch notification.

If you have any particular requirements, please get in contact.

What should I do once I receive my prints?

We recommend leaving prints in their tube until you’ve decided how to present them, either taking them to a framer, or framing yourself.

When trying to flatten prints, the best thing to do is to carefully remove the print from the tube, lay on a flat surface and leave to relax back into shape. If –after a while– a little help is needed, then you can gently press down the edges with a book, taking care not to create creases.

We recommend minimising contact with the paper as much as possible.
