Our printing company is 100% carbon neutral and all our packaging is environment friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable. Including the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used.

Your artwork will be sustainably packaged and well protected, but on the rare occasion there are issues, we will do our best to make it right.

Duty Fees: We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU. All GST fees to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & Norway will be pre-paid.

Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your products, please let us know and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

Damages

If your order gets damaged, please email us with in 48 hours with pictures of damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.

Also, please keep the packaging as some shipping companies require the original damaged package for us to make a claim. It’s an annoying situation for everyone, so we appreciate the assistance.
